How long does wine delivery take and how are orders shipped?
Online wine orders ship from our Hudson Valley, New York winery. Most deliveries arrive within approximately 5–8 business days, depending on your location. All wine orders ship via approved carriers and are packaged to ensure your bottles arrive safely.
Where can we deliver wine?
City Winery can ship wine to most U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to ship wine to any international destination or these US states: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, KY, MI, MS, RI, SD, and UT due to state alcohol shipping regulations. All wine orders ship from our Hudson Valley, New York location.
Is all City Winery wine available in the online shop?
Our online wine shop offers a wide selection of City Winery wines that can be shipped directly to your door. However, some limited-edition and location-exclusive wines are only available at our in-person wine shops located at City Winery venues. Visiting a City Winery location allows guests to explore an even larger selection of wines, along with wine tastings, food pairings, and live shows in an intimate winery setting.
Do I need to be present to sign for wine delivery?
Yes. Because alcohol shipments require adult signature verification, someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. This ensures that all wine shipments comply with state and federal alcohol shipping laws.
