Graham 100 Red Blend Limited Edition 2023

This limited edition Red Blend is delightfully fruit-forward on the nose, with huge notes of fresh blueberries, cherry pie filling and raisins. In the mouth, the wine pops with notes of toasty oak, Dr. Pepper spice and raspberry coulis. The finish is smooth, easy-going and full of fun.

California is America’s wine country - renowned for its warm climate, and range of microclimates – all of which contribute to the diversity of red wine expressions offering both rich and jammy styles as well as more structured and nuanced examples.

These grapes came in bursting with flavor! Destemmed and hand sorted, then fermented to dryness at moderate temperatures on skins, followed by full malo-lactic fermentation and barreled down with a combination of neutral French and American  oak. Just over 12 months on oak until it was released in bottle.

This wine is an easy stand alone as a cocktail wine to get the evening started. It would also pair well with root beer marinated pulled pork, chicken vindaloo or chicken scarpariello. Vegetarians can look toward morel mushrooms in a Sherry wine reduction.  For anyone with a sweet tooth, think of blackberry cobbler or coffee cake.
