Strawberries, bright, and tropical—this wine paints a beautiful summer picture. Crafted primarily as a rosé of press with a cool, controlled fermentation, it preserves freshness while building subtle depth and color. Aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry lead into notes of guava and pineapple, followed by a crisp palate of watermelon, kiwi, and soft citrus. Clean and refreshing, it finishes with hints of vanilla sugar and honeysuckle.

Wine Profile - Strawberry Fields Rosé

The first thing to notice about this wine is its strawberry pink color. On the nose, it paints a beautiful summer picture with aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries, followed by some beautiful tropical notes of guava and pineapple. The palate is crisp, fresh and dry with a little bit of structure that will allow this wine to hold up to food. In the mouth, there is a combination of kiwi, watermelon and more strawberry that lingers on in a clean, fresh finish with notes of vanilla sugar and honeysuckle.

About The Vineyard - Strawberry Fields Rosé

The fruit for this wine came from a range of vineyards across the state of California.

About The Winemaking - Strawberry Fields Rosé

90% of the fruit for this wine is a “Rosé of Press,” meaning 100% of the crop was dedicated to making rosé, harvested in early September to retain natural acidity. Of the remaining 10 percent, half was made from a bleed of two of our red fermenters after 2 days on skins to add additional color and depth of flavor. It then underwent a 20-day fermentation period with a cold and controlled temperature. This wine does not experience malolactic fermentation.

Recommended Pairings - Strawberry Fields Rosé
