Your site rental covers everything you'd expect and then some. We bring together three distinct spaces (the Main Falls Venue, The Gallery, and The Courtyard), a state-of-the-art sound system with an on-site AV technician, and all the essentials: farm tables, crossback chairs, Riedel glassware, ivory linen, in-house flatware and china, event staff, and ample parking. It's wine country elevated without the logistics puzzle. Your team handles setup and breakdown of all City Winery inventory so you can focus on the day itself.

We comfortably host up to 325 guests for a reception with dance floor and stage. For the ceremony, we offer three beautiful outdoor settings: the Riverside Meadow, the Amphitheater Lawn, and the Courtyard, each suited to different sizes and styles. Every ceremony includes wooden folding chairs with leather cushions, a wireless sound system, a cava greeting for your guests on arrival, and golf cart service for anyone with mobility needs. And yes, we have a full indoor rain plan so no one's sweating the forecast.

You're welcome to work with the vendors you love, we just ask that they carry proof of insurance (COI listing City Winery, LLC. as additionally insured) and follow our house rules. We're happy to share our preferred vendor list as a starting point. On the food and beverage side, City Winery handles all bar service; outside catering is considered on a case-by-case basis. For after-parties, you can bring in an outside food truck or food service for a flat $250 per vendor. We also offer tastings for couples, custom-labeled wine for favors (starting at $35/bottle, with five months lead time), and a two-hour afterparty package.

We have a fully renovated three-room Barn on the property that sleeps up to nine people, perfect for the wedding party or family. Barn reservations are optional and arranged directly with our General Manager. For those staying off-site, we're just 10 minutes from Stewart International Airport and 20 minutes from Middletown and Newburgh, where you'll find plenty of hotel options. As for your day: ceremonies typically begin at 5:00 PM, wrapping by 11:00 PM per local sound ordinance. A full wedding with ceremony runs six hours; without ceremony, five. Want to go later? After-party options are available for an additional fee.

Every wedding is a little different, and so is every proposal. Pricing is tailored to your guest count, selections, and vision, your sales manager will walk you through a custom quote and answer any questions along the way. When reviewing your proposal, you'll see applicable service fees and New York State tax reflected in the total. Gratuity is never charged automatically, leaving that entirely in your hands. To hold your date, we ask for a signed contract and an initial deposit. We're happy to make the financial side as straightforward as the rest of the planning process.
