This March, we invite you to explore one of wine’s most delicious rivalries. Join us for an intimate four course Chef & Winemaker Dinner as we dive into the nuance, texture, and terroir that define Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two grapes that tell vastly different stories in the glass.

Begin with a silky truffle cauliflower velouté drizzled with herb oil, followed by a vibrant beet carpaccio layered with whipped goat cheese, toasted pistachio, and bright orange zest. The evening’s centerpiece features tender pork osso bucco served over creamy polenta with braised vegetables.
