Our wine pairing dinners are a collaboration between our Executive Chef and our Winemaker, multi-course menus where every dish is designed around the wine it's paired with, not the other way around. The result is a dinner that has a point of view. Held inside the winery, with a rotating series of themes built around specific varietals, seasons, and ideas. Seating is limited. These go fast.
