The Fab Faux close their four-night residency at City Winery NYC with a New Year’s Eve rock and roll dance party, starting at 3:00pm so the celebration has room to keep going. This bottle is the last chapter of the run. Skip the bubbles for once. This red opens with ripe currant, juicy dark berries, and a touch of black licorice, then moves into a full, chewy body of cocoa, leather, and concentrated dark fruit. The finish is long and smooth, with just enough sweetness to feel like a celebration. Featuring original Fab Faux artwork and made in limited quantities, it makes a thoughtful gift for the Beatles fan on your list. About The Winemaking - Artist Wine Red Blend 2023

These grapes came in bursting with flavor! Destemmed and hand sorted, then fermented to dryness at moderate temperatures on skins, followed by full malo-lactic fermentation and barreled down with a combination of neutral French and American  oak. Just over 12 months on oak until it was released in bottle.

This wine is an easy stand alone as a cocktail wine to get the evening started. It would also pair well with root beer marinated pulled pork, chicken vindaloo or chicken scarpariello. Vegetarians can look toward morel mushrooms in a Sherry wine reduction.  For anyone with a sweet tooth, think of blackberry cobbler or coffee cake.

We carefully select vineyards around the world to supply grapes for our wines. Prior to harvest, we choose our preferred varietals with terroir, weather, and farming practices in mind. The grapes are picked at their peak, and then shipped to each of our local wineries for production.
