A wine made in the same way as Champagne, with a second fermentation in the bottle. If you like bright, zesty citrus flavors and the fine bubbles of Champagne, try City Winery Bubbles Cava! Fermented in the bottle and aged for 12 months on the lees before release, this wine is the best of both worlds.

Citrusy and light, this dry and unoaked wine is full of zest, with flavors of lemons and star fruit. Try with ceviche or fresh fruit salad with goat cheese. It also pairs well with lemon chicken or any dish that will take a squeeze of citrus.

The deep, purple colored Syrah opens with confectionary aromas of freshly baked berry scones and semi-sweet chocolate chips, as well blackberries and purple plums. The jammy wine is very fruit-forward with a juicy mix of elderberries, blackberries, and candied fruit jellies. Adding some complexity, the wine finishes with a big pop of vanilla and plums. Appealing tannins give this wine some weight with a ridiculously plush texture and leave a lingering flavor in the mouth.
