Evan FazioGeneral ManagerOriginally from Rockville Centre, NY, Evan’s journey through the hospitality industry started with bussing tables at a hometown steakhouse. It was while living in New Orleans as a college student, that Evan’s passion for food, beverage, and quality service, began to guide his professional compass towards a career in hospitality. In 2005, Evan moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, where he joined Bravo / Brio Restaurant Group. There, over the course of nearly 8 years, he developed his skills in a number of managerial capacities, including as a national trainer, overseeing employee & systems development in multiple new properties around the country. In 2012 Evan returned to New York City to apply his abilities to the Manhattan hospitality world. He joined BR Guest with Dos Caminos, where he found a new passion for tequila & mezcal, eventually writing the brand’s Mexican spirit training guides and hosting regular tequila classes throughout the city. Before joining City Winery in 2017, Evan was General Manager with David Burke Group, where the mid midtown fine-dining focus helped round out the skills and vision he would ultimately bring to City Vineyard. When Evan isn’t working he spends his time with wife and baby daughter, as well as playing bass in an Beatles inspired improv jam band. His favorite wine from City Winery is the 2015 Syrah Reserve.
Hannah GoldTalent BuyerHannah helps secure the diverse and unique bookings for which City Winery has become well known. Beyond that, she works on nearly every aspect of a given event, from getting the artists in the door to making sure they have every request on their rider.
If she's not at the Winery, she's making the rounds of New York's local music scene, curating her all already too-large-for-her-apartment record collection or trying to figure out how to get down to Nashville for a 28-hour “work related” field trip. She will also slay the competition in a friendly game of Neil Young trivia.

Ryan ErtrachterTalent BuyerRyan got his start in the music industry working for a local radio station 107.1 The Peak, getting his hands dirty in all aspects of promotion and programming. From there he went on to work for Joe D'Ambrosio Management a full-service music management company representing producers, mixers, engineers, and artists. Learning all the ins and outs of the music business.
From there live music and NYC was calling his name. He started his talent buying career at The Bowery Electric, where he cut his teeth booking two stages 7 days a week with up and coming locals, punk legends, and everything in between. After a quick stint at The Cutting Room, Ryan was ecstatic to join the City Winery team.
Other than checking out the local scene, living and breathing music, he is an avid Yankees fan and can be found still trying to relive the glory days on a baseball or softball diamond all year round.
Aurelien Gousse NYC Wine Maker
Aurelien hails from a picturesque Medieval town in the heart of the Loire Valley which he is very happy to talk about to anyone who is ready to listen. Although he is fiercely proud of France and all it has to offer, his adventurous spirit and curious nature lead him to make the journey halfway around the world to create a new home in Australia. He settled in the beautiful seaside region of McLaren Vale and has a particular fondness for South Australia and new world wine making techniques. Always eager to learn and expand his knowledge, Aurelien completed vintages in the Adelaide Hills, Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula while jetting back to France every now and then working in Madiran, Roussillon and of course his beloved Loire Valley. His connection with nature and terroir is strong; from planting to pruning, Aurelien is truly at home in a vineyard. Which raises the question, why choose to make wine in a city of 8 million people? Pourquoi pas! As soon as you meet Aurelien, you will understand why he has decided to make New York and City Winery his home: he simply adores making wine, wherever it is. He is a vibrant, cheeky and bold person which is comes across in his winemaking. Aurelien enjoys travelling, drinking Champagne and eating cheese.
Marc CollettiProduction and Technical DirectorMarc is one of many important players behind the scenes (and often in them) of the City Winery's nightly spectacles and musical performances. Marc grew up in the small upstate town of Hamilton, New York before graduating from the Institute of Audio Research in Manhattan in 2006. Following a subsequent internship at Atlantic Records, Marc quickly delved into New York City's vibrant music scene. A house production technician at the Blue Note NYC, and the midtown's Millennium Hotel Hudson Theatre, Marc has also worked throughout the tri-state area, for a vast array of clientele in freelance production.
Marc exudes a strong tradition of technical and personal charisma at City Winery that is needed to advance and execute its over 500 concerts and events annually. Most often working one-on-one with the artists and clients who frequent City Winery NYC (his career including faces that range Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, Sheryl Crow, Mos Def, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and New York Rangers Hockey), he brings together every element of a show for an unforgettable evening.

Raul MesiasDirector of Wine Sales
Raul Mesias, Director of Wine Sales, is a wine and hospitality lover and expert / brand strategist. He has been a crucial voice in developing the City Winery brand for the past 10 years. When he's not sipping wine, he's teaching about it ; from intimate wine tastings to global music festivals. His love for nature has had a major influence on making every City Winery event as sustainable as possible. Based in New York, he loves spending time with his kids and developing his creativity in the good he does for others. Raul's vast experience allows him to pursue many exciting opportunities around him and continue to develop them further. "Love what do and do it with love as love is the key to happiness." RM.
Russell BarlowService Director
Growing up in the booming metropolis of DeQuincy Louisiana, Russell was surrounded by a culture rich with unique food and drink which helped influence his decision to pursue a career in the food and beverage industry. Russell first started his experience in the industry in 1996 working his way through college and has continued to be immersed in it for the last 23 years. His pursuits led him to leave Louisiana after graduating from LSU with a degree in photography in 2002 to move to NYC to further his career and artistic endeavors. Ultimately landing at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in Times Square. Russell worked for the company for a decade in multiple roles culminating in his position as Assistant General Manager before leaving to work for City Winery. Russell is thrilled to work for a company that perfectly combines his loves of all genres of music, great wine, and delicious food. In his spare time, Russell looks for inspiration and joy through reading a variety of books, listening to music (particularly his favorite artist Stevie Nicks), and indulging his other main passion of photography.
April HinchliffeConcert Manager
Originally from Montgomery Texas, April moved to NY in 2008 to attend college at Pace University. She immediately immersed herself in the East Village music scene working for Gavin Degraw’s club on the Lower East Side. Upon finishing school at FIT, she interned at City Winery and managed 3 sister bars. After a short stint at Vector Management she rejoined the City Winery team full time as Concert Manager extraordinaire. This position perfectly combines her love of music and hospitality. When she’s not running a show, you can find her frolicking with with her dog, Lando, catching a show, or taking spontaneous trips with pals.
Marc KenyonRockefeller Center Manager
Growing up in Westchester New York, Marc spend much of time in New York eating and drinking throughout Manhattan’s culinary scene. Moving to Brooklyn in 2003 Marc worked in the corporate world before become disillusioned and finding his way back to the restaurant business. As a general manager in both Manhattan and Brooklyn over the last decade Marc was able to express his passion for hospitality and team building as well as his love of food and wine. Starting at City Winery was a perfect fit for Marc to be able to combine his passions. When not at the winery you can find him at Citi Field trying his best to enjoy the Mets or playing shuffleboard on the banks of the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn.
Sean Wilcox Operations Manager - Rockefeller Center
Originally from Philadelphia, Sean moved to NYC shortly after graduating from Penn State University. Since then he has made a name for himself as an actor, musician, music producer, and DJ at venues all over the city. In July, he joined City Winery as Operations Manager to open the brand new Rockefeller Center pop up location. Stop by for a drink sometime and say hello!
Steven Caldarelli Front Of House Operations Manager- Rockefeller Center
Native Upstate New Yorker, from Rochester/ Finger Lakes Region. Moved to NYC in 2012 looking to find greater opportunities in beginning a career. I have spent the past 7 years successfully developing and gaining experience in guest service, hospitality and box office management. Joined the City Winery family in summer of ‘17 at our City Vineyard location in TriBeCa as a host, and quickly moved up into an operations management through the Box Office and guest services on the floor, over the phone and via email. Thankful to be a part of a team that allows for growth, knowledge and experience so few other companies offer.
