Can you tell us more about your covid-19 safety protocols??

Absolutely. Your safety (and ours) is our primary concern. We've got an entire page dedicated to our protocols; please take a look and let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Is the building ADA accessible?

All levels and sections of the main venue are accessible from the street on 11th Avenue and the Loft and Balcony sections are accessible via our elevator. Please inform us about wheelchair requirements ahead of time so that we can best accommodate your needs. For information about all of our accessible service please email [email protected]

What do I use as my ticket?

We do not issue paper tickets. Your name is on a list at the front door.

Can I attend an event if I am under 21?

We are an all ages venue. If under 21, we ask that you do not choose seats at the bar or consume alcohol.

What do I need to ensure my reservation?

Your tickets serve as your venue reservation automatically. You do not need an additional reservation to eat and drink at your seats for the show, which will be held for you until the end of the show. All tickets are final. No refunds or credits.

Is there a dress code?

There is no formal dress code, we are a very casual venue.

Do you serve more than just wine?

Yes we do! We have a full bar for your drinking pleasure.

What happens if an event is canceled?

In the event of a cancelation or postponement, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders with information on what to do with their tickets. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
