Justin Seitzler General ManagerOriginally from Dallas, Texas, Justin began managing restaurants and beverage programs at the age of twenty. Justin moved to New York City in 2017. City Vineyard was the first place he sent his resumé to after discovering it combined his three passions; hospitality, wine, and music. His favorite City Winery wine is the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve from Napa Valley. Outside of City Vineyard, Justin spends the rest of his time reading or at a concerts.
Joey RoeselOperations ManagerJoey has worked in hospitality all over the country, from New York to California, for sixteen years before finding a home here at City Vineyard. When he is not spending his time at work, Joey is usually found writing music at his piano or working on his photography.
Mario Arnero Executive ChefMario was born and raised in Queens and started cooking in neighborhood restaurants when he was only 17. He has an AOS degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Straight out of school, Mario took on a position as a line cook with a new American restaurant in SOHO named Zoe under Chef Steven Levine and just one year later was promoted to Sous Chef. Mario spent a year working for Chef David Burke at Park Avenue Cafe and in 2000 took his first job as an Executive Chef at Eatery Restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen. Following Eatery Restaurant, he was opening chef of WHYM, Frames Bistro, and The Cock & Bull Gastropub. From 2013 to 2019, Mario was an Executive Chef for the Fireman Hospitality Group at the Brooklyn Diner in Times Square and then joined the team here at City Vineyard in March of 2020. Not only does Mario love being in the kitchen, but he also enjoys music, thunder and lightning, his dog Buddy, and spending time with his four sons.
