Enjoy this show from the comfort of your home!

Enjoy this exciting new outdoor tented venue featuring specialty cocktails, award-winning wines, delicious food, and a safe atmosphere. Relax in the shade of Music City Wine Garden's tented lounge with great live music, plus our signature concert dining arrangement and mandatory safety precautions. Hang out with your friends in our new oasis... right in the heart of Nashville!

As we practice proper safety precautions for our guests and employees, we are not currently offering Valet parking at our location. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, and there is a paid parking lot in front of our building. We are also a short walk from the Music City Center parking garage.

Music City Wine Garden is a rain or shine event space. Due to our large tented area, inclement weather will be less likely to affect the guest experience. In case of severe weather preventing the show from going on as planned, city winery will work with the artist to reschedule to a new date and all tickets will be honored. Click here for more information about City Winery Nashville's Music City Wine Garden.

Out of an abundance of caution, and in keeping with official local health guidelines:

  • All guests are required to complete a contactless temperature check and wellness questionnaire (we take this, too) prior to entering our venue. Also, we require all patrons to wear a mask or face covering when entering and moving throughout public areas.  You're welcome to take off your mask at your table.

  • We are no longer seating unaffiliated parties at the same table.  As such, tickets for this show will be sold in quantities of 2, 4 or 6 - select the appropriate group size for you and your companions.  Please email our Concierge team if you would like to sit with another party that has tickets and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.  All requests must be made no later than 48 hours in advance of the show.
  • Limited amount of single tickets available by emailing Nashvilleconcierge@citywinery.com

William Tyler is a Nashville guitarist and composer. He spent years woodshedding and touring with Nashville groups like Lambchop and Silver Jews before breaking away to focus on his own version of instrumental guitar music.

2010’s Behold the Spirit, William Tyler’s first album under his own name, was celebrated by Pitchfork as “the most vital, energized album by an American solo guitarist in a decade or more” and established him as a critical favorite, the picker who, according to his friend and tour mate M.C. Taylor from Hiss Golden Messenger, “connects the dots between Sandy Bull, Richard Thompson, Bruce Langhorne, and Reggie Young.”

Tyler also just announced his upcoming New Vanitas EP. Clocking in at 39 minutes, the truly Extended Play consists of ghostly and otherworldly self-recordings mainly captured in and around Nashville this year. It follows Music from First Cow as Tyler’s second release of 2020. New Vanitas arrives Friday, September 4, on William Tyler’s Bandcamp, with more digital services to follow on September 11.
