For a long time the producers of WHO KNEW have thought about how to deliver an event celebrating music industry not-for-profits. We are delighted to finally deliver on that promise on July 18 at City Winery in Nashville.
Let’s face it, there are SO many great organizations that serve various needs of certain segments of the industry. We could present literally dozens of such organizations so culling the list of possibilities was quite challenging. They all do such great work and could all benefit from the exposure of WHO KNEW.
In standard WHO KNEW fashion, we are pleased to have the Founders/CEO’s of these amazing organizations each deliver a 10 minute “TED Talk” about their lives, careers and the missions that their organizations fulfill.
The organizations (and Executive Directors) we’ve selected to feature at this amazing event are as follows:
Porter's Call - Al Andrews - Founder and Executive Director
HeadCount.org - Andy Bernstein - Founder and Executive Director
Music Health Alliance - Tatum Allsep - Founder and Executive Director
Creative’s Day - Brian Sexton - Founder and President
Road Recovery - Gene Bowen - Founder and Executive Director
H.O.M.E. - Logan Crowell - Founder and President
National Museum of African American Music - Henry Hicks - President and CEO
Come and hear the inspiring stories that prompted these amazing people start these vital organizations that serve so many needs for so many people across the music industry.
Like all WHO KNEW events, we will be giving away some great prizes such as tickets to music festivals and pouring free samples of Four Roses Bourbon.
Doors at 5:00; program at 6:30.
See you there!
