Calling all mixologist hopefuls and bartenders-to-be! In our second round of 

Bartending 101, we will put you through the paces on Whiskey and Aged Spirits like cognac and special rums! You’ll learn about the history of these spirits, classic cocktails and their presentations, the reasons why some cocktails are shaken or stirred, and proper techniques. We will also provide suggestions on how to further expand your skills!

In this class, you will have the opportunity to make two cocktails for yourself, with guidance by City Winery Nashville’s Bar Manager Emily Schroeder. 

This class includes tastes of three spirits, two cocktails made by you, and a light cheese plate.
