WHAT DO I NEED TO ENSURE MY RESERVATION?
Your tickets serve as your reservation automatically. You do not need an additional reservation to eat and drink at your seats for the show, which will be held for you until the end of the show. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits.
I BOUGHT TICKETS TO A SHOW, AND NOW I CAN'T MAKE IT. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Unfortunately all ticket sales are final and we do not issue refunds, transfers or credit. If you can find someone to use your tickets, please email your guest's name and your order number [email protected] and we can alter your reservation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED?
In the event of a cancelation or postponement, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders with information on what to do with their tickets. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

DO YOU PERMIT CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES?
Candles are permitted so long as they are enclosed.
DO YOU PROVIDE A DAY OF COORDINATOR?
We do not provide a day of coordinator. Our team is focused on providing the best possible food and beverage experience for you and your guests.
DO YOU PERMIT OUTSIDE CATERING?
Outside catering is not permitted.
DO YOU PERMIT OUSIDE LIQUOR?
Outside liquor is not permitted. Should you want a specific spirit, beer or wine for you special day, City Winery will procured and is subject to additional fees.
DO YOU PROVIDE VALET PARKING?
We do not offer valet parking. Ample self parking is available.
DO YOU ALLOW SPARKLERS?
Sparklers are not permitted.
WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?
We are a non-smoking venue.
