Wine Profile - 2024 Riesling Montgomery Mills

The wine practically leaps out of the glass with big aromas of honey, grilled peaches, tropical flowers and delicate hints of spice.  In the mouth, the wine’s balanced acidity gives way to incredible lemon-lime citrus and honey notes with a slight viscosity.  The wine finishes with a hint of sweetness and a lingering lemon meringue.

Wine Profile - 2025 Gewürztraminer Finger Lakes

This wine starts off on the nose with freshly bloomed rose petals, joined with ripe lychee, star jasmine blossoms and hints of tangerine. In the mouth, the lychee shows strong with loads of apricots, and white and yellow peaches.  Startlingly delicate, the acid and subtle sugar play together very nicely and give a wine with lots of freshness and a long, clean floral finish with notes of honey and lychee that linger for several minutes.

Wine Profile - 2024 Reserve Counoise Cuvée Alder Springs

Light garnet in color, this fruit forward wine is typical of the Counoise variety.  The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit aromas - strawberry, raspberry and red fleshed plums.  In the mouth, the fruit turns to jam, with a slight caramel edge and notes of brown spice.  Crisp, clean and refreshing, the wine is lighter bodied and fruit-driven, but maintains enough complexity, structure and gentle acidity to avoid being boring.  The finish is reminiscent of toasted marshmallows and strawberry freezer jam.

Wine Profile - Midsummer Sweet Red

Playing by its own rules, this fruit-driven red wine is best served well chilled.  This wine has a unique nose full of allspice, geranium, blackberries, and Crunchberries.  In the mouth, the wine follows up with notes of pomegranate, black plum, fennel, anise and Wild Berry Pop-Tarts.  The medium body is soft and mellow with a big, fruity pop of sweetness.  The finish is all about ripe fruit and baking spice.

Wine Profile - 2023 G.S.M "The Rabbit" Red Blend

Intensely aromatic, complex and powerful.  Notes of hardwoods, baking spice, peppercorn and red fruit mingle in the nose.  In the mouth, the wine is precisely balanced, with great structure and a healthy acidity that mellows into a very pleasant mid-pallet weight on the second sip.  Myriad fruit notes dance across the tongue - everything from fresh cranberries to plum jam and dried cherries.  The dazzlingly long and soft finish provides a congenial refrain of each verse in this melody and every return trip to the glass shows something new.

Wine Profile - 2023 Chardonnay Harmony Drops

The fruit races to the nose from this lovely pale gold Chardonnay. Notes of yellow orchard apples and sweet grilled pineapple make way for key lime aromas. The mouth is complex with a fruit acidity evolving into creamy minerality. Hints of buttery pastry dough and vanilla linger through the long clean finish.
