Our commitment to providing a space for you to safely and comfortably indulge your senses has never wavered, but our approach to doing so has certainly evolved. Below, you’ll find a summary of what to expect when returning to City Winery and what we expect from you.  (Bonus points if you can guess all the song references - hey, safety can be fun!) This is something new for us, so we ask for patience and kindness.


  • Contactless temperature check & wellness questions (we take this, too)
    • Hot blooded? We’ll check it and see.

  • All guests are at private tables spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart

    • Some people call me the space cowboy

  • No unaffiliated parties will be seated together

  • Employees wearing masks at all times

  • Tables & chairs sanitized after each guest

    • So fresh. So clean.

  • Ongoing and frequent sanitization of door handles, tables, chairs, restrooms, you name it.

  • If at capacity, we'll text when seating’s available - please take a walk around or wait in your car

We have made additional adjustments to our modification and refund policies to provide you with maximum flexibility while attendance remains restricted.

  • Our concert schedule will continue to be impacted with concerts postponed and some new concert dates still to be determined. Our local concierge teams will contact all ticket holders with new dates and their available ticket options.

  • We have loosened our no refunds policy to allow any guest who cannot attend the rescheduled date or isn't comfortable in attending a public gathering to return their tickets for store credit to use anytime in the future (without expiration), or a Food & Beverage Gift Card plus an additional 20% bonus good for dine in or takeout for food and wine purchases.

  • We will also be updating our seating map to adhere to local health officials guidelines regarding social distance requirements. Please note that exact seat numbers might change due to removal or addition of inventory based on any updates regarding the occupancy limits in each market. We will do our best to keep your section as close to the original selection
