Tim CarosiGeneral ManagerTim has found the perfect home at City Winery as it combines a life-long passion for music with the love for food and wine. Tim brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality, including time at The Waldorf Astoria, The Spotted Pig, The Breslin, The John Dory Oyster Bar, Strip House, The Monkey Bar and The Cub Room. Tim began his career in hospitality at Henry Meer’s Cub Room in Soho, beginning as a host and eventually becoming the General Manager. Following that, he managed for the Glazier Group including Strip House, Michael Jordan’s Steakhouseand the landmarked Monkey Bar. Tim subsequently served as The Spotted Pig’s General Manager and worked with the FriedField team for nine years, going on to open two new restaurants for the group, The Breslin and The John Dory Oyster Bar. An accomplished musician and songwriter, Tim lives in Northern Manhattan with his wife, Sarah and their young son D, whose favorite game is “Food People.”
Mike JeantyHead ChefMike Jeanty began his career working construction then decided to make a change into the culinary field. Mike started working at two-star restaurants with Chef Franklin Becker at Tribeca Grand Hotel and Capital. He has also collaborated with Chef Hok Chin at Dela Femina and Solo. After a brief move to Washington D.C., he returned to NYC and began working at City Winery as the sous chef. He was promoted to Executive Chef in 2015.
Hannah GoldTalent BuyerThe latest addition to the New York-based programming team, Hannah helps secure the diverse and unique bookings for which City Winery has become well known. Beyond that, she works on nearly every aspect of a given event, from getting the artists in the door to making sure they have every request on their rider.
If she's not at the Winery, she's making the rounds of New York's local music scene, curating her all already too-large-for-her-apartment record collection or trying to figure out how to get down to Nashville for a 28-hour “work related” field trip. She will also slay the competition in a friendly game of Neil Young trivia.

Alice Houël NYC Wine Maker
From Paris, France. Dual citizen French-American.
Alice’s first winemaking experience was in 2002 at Cape Mentelle Vineyards in Margaret River, Western Australia. It was an internship to complete her Engineering degree in Food industries, in Lille, France. She then completed a Postgraduate Degree in Wine and Spirits International Commerce and Marketing at the Burgundy School of Business. Upon graduation, Alice worked a couple years in wine purchasing, but the vocation didn’t resonate with her, so she went back to studying to get her National Diploma of Enology at University of Champagne in Reims. She spent the 2007 Harvest at Cave de la Loire, Brissac-Quince in the Loire Valley and worked for a year at Bouchard Pere & Fils in Beaune, Burgundy, first in the cellar for the 2008 harvest then as the Quality, Safety and Environment officer. Alice graduated in 2009 and immediately embarked on a trip to be the Harvest Coordinator at Domaine Chandon California, Yountville, Napa Valley.
From there, Alice headed around the world before spending 5.5 years at Punt Road Wines, Coldstream, Yarra Valley, Australia as the Laboratory Manager, Cidermaker and Custom Winemaking Winemaker.
Feeling the itch to travel and gain additional experience, Alice jumped over to the United States and worked as the 2016 Harvest Assistant Winemaker at Harper Voit Wines, Gaston, Willamette Valley, OR. From there, she joined City Winery and as been on board since February 2017 at City Winery New York as Assistant Winemaker before becoming our New York Winemaker.
Jared RodriguezAssistant GMJared hails from the farm fields of rural Delaware Township, NJ. His passion for music started at age four when he found his father’s collection of Black Sabbath cassette tapes. Jared is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a degree in Eastern Religion and Music. Since then, he’s drummed for bands, booked bands, managed bands, and started a music venue. Jared feels lucky to have a job where he can see and meet the artists who’ve shaped his interest in music.
Alienor ReisnerPrivate Events DirectorWhen it comes to event planning, organization and execution, Aliénor has plenty of savoir faire to go around. This deep passion for events brought Aliénor to City Winery all the way from her native France (with a few stops along the way). Her university years in Bordeaux, position as a project manager for Sud de France wines, and production of various events throughout New York ensured that wine was never far from her career. With that in mind, it’s no wonder that Aliénor’s other loves include fresh foods and classic French recipes, best paired with Mediterranean sunshine whenever possible. If not, Rockaways will do just fine.
Suzanna ColeSenior Events ManagerHailing from just north of New York City, Suzanna is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan. A proud Wolverine with a dual degree in Biology and Anthropology, she found she relished her responsibilities outside of her studies, organizing various business operations while working at a local gelateria and coordinating the details of her dance group’s performances. A summer spent in Rome helped foster Suzanna’s love of Italian culture, cuisine, and language, as well as an unhealthy obsession with gelato.Finding herself back home in the Empire State, Suzanna was introduced to the world of fine dining and private events interning with Blue Hill at Stone Barns. She is incredibly excited to grow with the team at City Winery, and enjoy a glass of wine or two while she’s at it.
Sarah NiedzwieckiEvents ManagerSarah's love of event planning all started when she started planning festivals and concerts for her college campus in Rochester, NY, which lead her to taking a chance and moving to New York City soon after graduation to follow her dream. Her professional career started at The Knot as a Wedding Concierge, to assist newly engaged couples find their wedding venue and vendors. Coming from a small New England town in Vermont, Sarah always had a special sweet spot for music and knew she wanted to keep that in her life and career. One day the stars aligned and there was City Winery - a place to plan and execute an event and then attend a show right under the same roof (while drinking a nice glass of wine). When Sarah is not running around the venue, you can find her trying out a new Brooklyn hot-spot, walking around the many parks NYC has to offer, or hopping in a rental car and going to drink wine in Long Island wine country. She will also spam your Snapchat with her cat. :)
Matt McDonaldMarketing DirectorAfter kicking off his career in the late ‘90s at Knitting Factory (what’s up, Michael Dorf), Matt booked a couple of other NYC clubs before spending 10+ years at CMJ Music Marathon, where he primarily focused on artist showcases, international partnerships, and biz dev. He also co-founded M. Carter Co, a Greenpoint-based apparel/accessories label and lifestyle brand.
Sarah TollinGraphic DesignerSarah is a design professional with several high profile projects under her belt. Originally from Long Island, she attended college upstate in New Paltz before relocating to the city. She has has contributed her design expertise to various clients such as Drew Barrymore, Budweiser, Discovery, DwellStudio and more. Aside from design, music is another one of Sarah's passions which is how she found her way to City Winery! When she is not creating new greeting cards to sell on her Etsy shop, she can usually be found at a concert, exploring cities/mountains/beaches, or at home drawing and watching The Office. Marc CollettiProduction and Technical DirectorMarc is one of many important players behind the scenes (and often in them) of the City Winery's nightly spectacles and musical performances. Marc grew up in the small upstate town of Hamilton, New York before graduating from the Institute of Audio Research in Manhattan in 2006. Following a subsequent internship at Atlantic Records, Marc quickly delved into New York City's vibrant music scene. A house production technician at the Blue Note NYC, and the midtown's Millennium Hotel Hudson Theatre, Marc has also worked throughout the tri-state area, for a vast array of clientele in freelance production.
Marc exudes a strong tradition of technical and personal charisma at City Winery that is needed to advance and execute its over 500 concerts and events annually. Most often working one-on-one with the artists and clients who frequent City Winery NYC (his career including faces that range Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, Sheryl Crow, Mos Def, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and New York Rangers Hockey), he brings together every element of a show for an unforgettable evening.
Allen HotchkissBox Office ManagerAfter spending five years in Chicago doing advertising, Allen came to New York City in 2016 excited to pursue a career that would bring him closer to his real passion – live music. His parents raised him on Motown and beach music in Franklin, Virginia but the music addiction kicked into full gear while attending the University of South Carolina. That obsession carried over into the Chicago years where he helped promote local festivals, shows and artists in his hours outside of the office. He consistently bugged his friends with concert updates and music news and wanted to apply that energy to his daily work life. Allen is so grateful to have a career that allows him to provide people with his favorite thing - an awesome live music experience - and he hopes to make that happen for all City Winery customers.
Ganna Fedorova Beverage DirectorGanna started her world tour as a child, moving with her family from Arkhangelsk, a city in Northern Russia to a small coal-mining town in Eastern Ukraine, where she grew up deeply immersed in the atlases and books of her parents’ library. She explored the space within ourselves and our relation to the universe while studying philosophy at the University of Kyiv. In her early twenties, she crossed the ocean and discovered a passion for hospitality and service. She honed her skills managing fine-dining restaurants. Her means of exploration found a new form, discovering far-off lands and stories captured in time capsules: bottles of fine wine. A Certified Sommelier, Ganna is delighted to share her discoveries and raise a glass with all those who join us at City Winery New York.
