Riesling dates back to the 15th century in the Rhine River Valley in the area that is now the border between Germany and France. It is an aromatic variety that is very reflective of terroir. Its high acidity is often balanced by some sweetness, and sugar levels can vary from bone-dry to extremely sweet in late-harvest wines. While still produced extensively in its original home, it has become popular in the New World, particularly in the U.S. and Australia, where it is also made in a variety of styles. We can ship to all states except AL, AK, KY, MI, MS, SD, UT.
