This 6-Pack Includes:

City Winery Knit Syrah 2018
Aromatically, the wine calls to mind snacks in grandpa’s easy chair, with notes of leather and cigar box, followed by big black cherries, blackberry jam and subtle hints of brown spice. In the mouth, the wine follows through with fine grained tannins with good weight and some fresh sage notes on the palate.

City Winery NYC CAB Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (2 bottles)
Our 2019 Cab Sauv is reminiscent of grandma’s cookies and spiked hot cocoa, this wine lifts your spirits with aromas of Kirsch cherry liquor and baking spices. This Cab starts out fresh and fruity, rich with cherries, blackberries, and dried plums.

City Winery Spring Street Pinot Noir 2019
This wine greets you with impressive aromas of strawberry jam, hibiscus and bright cherry. Subtle hints of olive tapenade promise more depth, followed by herbal cues of sage and tarragon.

City Winery Au Naturel Cabernet Franc 2019
Dark and brooding, this wine has earthy aromas of forest floor and baking chocolate. On the palate the chocolate becomes more pronounced and is joined by black currant and elderberry.

City Winery Reserve Syrah Cuvee Alder Springs 2018
This Syrah has a rich nose, filled with the smells sweet of pomegranate, candied plums, and dried fruit. A pinch of black pepper on the nose makes a promise that is fulfilled with pink peppercorn on the tongue, the subtle aromatic spice becoming punchy on the palate. Overall, this is a jammy wine with fruit flavors of plum and pomegranate.

"A perfect mix for the red wine lover."

How City Winery Makes Wine

Step 1
We contract carefully selected vineyards to supply grapes. Prior to harvest we choose our preferred varietals and make shipping arrangements.
Step 2
Crush and Maceration
Grapes are inspected upon arrival and if approved, de stemmed, sorted, and finally crushed.
Step 3
After fermentation the wine is barreled into the cellar to begin aging per the winemakers design. Typical aging is 6-10 months but options exist for aging up to 24 months.
Step 4
After the wine has aged to its optimal condition, our winemakers further refine the wine by blending it with other wines if desired.
Step 6
The finished wine is hand bottled, corked, and labeled.
Step 6
The Result
A carefully crafted wine made with grapes from the best vineyards and produced locally. Indulge.
