    Keandra attended Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in sports, entertainment, and event management. Starting at Emeril Lagasse's E2 Eatery as a hostess and server, she moved to Queen City Catering in Charlotte where she managed everything from weddings to corporate events. She made her way down to Atlanta to continue pursuing her passion for the hospitality industry. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her son, going to the park, and traveling.

  • Rhiannon Klee Program Director

    Midwesterner turned Southern Belle, Rhiannon has served the music community since moving to Atlanta in 2006 and beginning her career in music at Eddie’s Attic. Since then, she has provided live music programming for various venues, brands, and organizations in and around Atlanta, including, Red Clay Music Foundry, ATL Collective, Lyft, Delta, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Anti-Defamation League, and more.

    In 2011, Rhiannon joined ATL Collective as COO and Program Director where she helped grow the concert series to the venue-packing, musician-serving nonprofit it is today. She now proudly serves on the Collective’s Board of Directors as Program Chair.

    Rhiannon has also served Atlanta nonprofit, Friends of Refugees, since 2017 as a volunteer offering career assistance for UN resettled refugees.

    In addition to the arts, in general, and music, in particular, Rhiannon is passionate about international travel and the opportunities it affords to meet new people and participate in their cultures.

    When not at CW, Rhiannon enjoys discovering new music through concerts and festivals, hiking, paddle boarding, reading musician memoirs, and forever scheming the next big trip.

  • Alexandria Higgs Concert Manager

    Alexandria Higgs has always had a passion for music. She can’t remember a time where there wasn’t music playing with her. She has an eclectic music palette and is always searching for the next new artist. Inspired by Heather Locklear’s music executive character in Uptown Girls, Alex learned from a young age that she herself wanted to work in the music industry. Alex earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Entertainment Music Media Management at Georgia State University. Alex also has a deep passion for wine. She has visited many vineyards around the US and Spain. After all - nothing pairs better with a good song than a great glass of wine.

  • Jim Ethridge Marketing Director

    Jim grew up in Memphis, Home of the Blues and Birthplace of Rock n Roll. A love of those roots and a deep love of music brought him to City Winery as the marketing director for Atlanta. Before City Winery, Jim was the Publicity Director for Allied Integrated Marketing. Highlights there included 12 awards for the 40th anniversary of the “Save the Fox” campaign, a yearlong campaign for the Fox Theatre to thank the theater’s hometown. Prior to Allied, Jim spearheaded communications projects for Fortune 500 brands (Expedia, Nabisco, etc.) and celebrity talent. Yes, he worked with CeeLo on a Meow Mix project, in case you were wondering. And before that, he worked at Vanguard Records on albums for many City Winery artists. Furthermore, Jim’s presented at conferences such as Digital Impact and has been published regarding the future of marketing. He received his Master’s in communication from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), where he was a Screening Judge for the Peabody Awards. If he’s not seeing live music, he’s talking about music. Or thinking about music. Or playing music. Music.

  • Elizabeth Raps Marketing Coordinator

    Born in Atlanta, Elizabeth decided she wanted to pursue a career in music at a My Morning Jacket show when she was 14. In 2018, Elizabeth graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Writing. While at KSU, she also received her Joel A. Katz Music and Entertainment Business Program certification. Elizabeth has a thorough understanding of the Atlanta music scene - from underground clubs to larger capacity venues, she has spent the past 8 years playing, coordinating, and promoting shows in the Atlanta area. She currently plays in two Atlanta bands - the first as the vocalist & primary songwriter, and the second as the drummer. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to dance.

  • Lindsy Haworth Private Event Director

    Originally from Denver, Lindsy brings over a decade of experience in events, catering and operations. Her year and a half spent in Madrid helped foster Lindsy’s love of different foods and cultures, as well as a love of travel.  While back in Atlanta, Lindsy became part of the Atlanta sports and music scene while working at the Georgia Dome both in the private events as well as the overseeing manager of the luxury suites. From there, she was immersed into fine dining with Morton’s the Steakhouse where she produced $1 million in private event sales during her tenure.  When not planning parties or attending them, Lindsy enjoys spending time with her two children and husband trying new restaurants and going to the park.

  • Ashley Moore Event Sales Manager

    Wine lover Ashley came to City Winery with a strong background in hospitality. Born and raised in Atlanta, she brings her love for the city, music, and event planning to the Private Events team. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Committed to community service, she has been a Girl Scout Troop Leader since 2013 and a member of the Junior League of DeKalb County since 2016. In JL DeKalb, her leadership roles have included Tour of Kitchens Co-Chair, Fundraising Chair and current Fund Development VP. When she isn’t working or serving the community, you can find Ashley with her spoiled Malti-Poo, Maxine Casey! She also enjoys binge-watching shows on Netflix & Hulu (particularly Grace & Frankie, Drop Dead Diva & Younger), any & all Marvel movies, Alabama Football (ROLL TIDE!), meeting up with friends, going to live music shows (Beyonce' of course), wine tastings and organizing her travel plans.

  • Frederick Jackson Box Office Manager

    An avid music listener during his college years, Frederick became a member of Georgia State University’s radio station, WRAS Album 88. Atlanta heard him hosting the weekly radio show, “New Theory”, on 88.5 FM, where he showcased new electronic releases. Frederick eventually joined in the music scene himself, booking house shows for acts like Part Time, Wet Hair, and Slow Animal. Equipped with prior experience from Ticket Alternative, Frederick facilitated ticket sales for several classic Atlanta venues including Fox Theatre. Frederick is excited to continue his passion for live music as he grows into his role as Box Office Manager.

  • Kenneth Cunningham Venue Manager

    Ken’s true passion is music and wine. And what better place to pursue those loves? Ken has been with City Winery Atlanta since the beginning and is a big part of the success of the operations team. Ken has a major in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and he holds Series 3 and 5 certifications. While finance has given him a strong business foundation, Ken’s love for the hospitality industry holds his heart. That love shines through in the way he approaches all guests who come through the venue. Ken makes sure that their needs are met, and it shows.
